Aaron Renert, LL.B., M.Sc.

Co-founder & Principal, Renert School

I would highly recommend Christopher Lawley to any consulting position involving achieving organizational clarity, focus and efficiencies.

In the years Chris spent at Renert School, he proved to be more than “just” a teacher. Chris is an excellent listener and facilitator. He brings a wonderful aura of calmness that allows those around him to open up and engage in genuine discussions about what works, and what can be made better.

Chris is detail oriented, technology savvy, has a sky-high emotional IQ, and has a “can do” approach to every project he undertakes. He has the ability to observe an organization in a way that is nonjudgemental, non-threatening and unbiased, and come up with excellent initiatives about how to make the place better.

At Renert, he carried some of these initiatives himself, and did so to perfection. This resulted in a school that was better when he left than the one he walked into. I believe this skill is transferable, and that Chris would prove to be highly beneficial to any organization that could use an excellent facilitator in order to achieve greater clarity.

I felt especially grounded last year and I think a big reason was because of my work with you.

You have a huge impact on everyone you work with because you meet us right where we are. This is very rare and leads to an ability to really connect with ourselves. In my case, it let me build the trust so I could drop into what it was I really wanted.

Now I got the job I really wanted, and I'm so grateful for all your support to help me get there.

As someone who has always struggled with prioritizing my own-welling being, I needed Christopher's guidance in establishing boundaries. With his help, I now have a better sense of my own needs and the framework to communicate those boundaries.

The result? I feel more productive in my workplace, including feeling more valued, more capable and best of all, more passionate. The power of setting boundaries is truly transformative!

A deep appreciation for Christopher's subtle yet skilled and meaningful direction into self realization.
