Career Coaching
I guide clients to create career plans that are rooted in a vision of manifesting their highest purpose and value. Together we map out what truly feeds you and the path to get you there.
What's Involved?
Why Invest?
The 'Career Management' approach is a paradigm-shift away from reliance on resumés and job sites and into alignment with the biggest relationship-based economy the planet has ever seen.
This approach helps clients:
-
take control
-
feel connected to their highest purpose
-
shift towards more aligned activities
-
generate meaningful opportunities

Move away from binary cycles of attending to your career when moving from job to job, contract to contract, or role to role. Chart a path to your 'dream job' where you are spending your life energy on activities that feed and energize you.
Some Components of CMP (Career Management Planning)
Developing a Career Management Plan (CMP) involves a number of shifts in how we orient around our career. The results of these efforts are well worth the investment. Here are a few of the core elements of the Career Management approach:
Self-Awareness
This is essential work if we want a career that is fulfilling, energizing and grows with us. Getting super clear on what you need in order to feel this way involves examining past experiences, looking at your values and creating ways to evaluate your options in a way that you can feel confident with.
Meaningful Networking
For many people the word 'networking' evokes experiences that are exhausting, inauthentic and often of questionable impact. Shifting to a new paradigm of building and activating your network will take you to new places, and in this relationship-based economy will also be much more likely to result in an aligned job.
Continual Alignment
Speaking of alignment: the Career Management approach takes self-awareness practices and meaningful outreach to create a virtuous cycle of learning and doing that ensure that you are always in alignment with how you want to be spending your precious time and energy. As you evolve, your career does, too.
